
Sci-Forma for not so dummies
Click on Project -> Click on Execution -> and then on Timesheet option.
This Timesheet Page will open and you will see all your project you’ve been assigned to.
On this landing Page you will have several options.
Here you can fill in your hours in the white blocks.
Here you can fill in you actual hours in the white blocks. The grey blocks are the hours assigned to you by your Project Manager.
You can click on the ‘chat’ button if you would like to add comments for you Project Manager.
You can click on the green ‘chat’ button if you would like to add comments for you Project Manager on your timesheet.
The ‘eye’ button will remove the task the following week.
^The ‘pin’ button keeps the task weeks ahead.
‘Total’ is the amount of hours assigned to you, and the total actual hours you’ve claimed on the project.
‘Status’ of the project
‘Remaining’ is the hours still required to complete the task.
You can filter by ‘Hidden’ and ‘Parent’
You can add an assignment to the timesheet with this button
Or you can submit your timesheet – remember when you submit your timesheet it is locked and you cant go back.
Go to > Project > Choose Project (unpublished version) > Project Life Cycle
The click on 'Initiate the Project' and get started with Developing your Project Charter.
Go to > Project > Choose Project (published version) > Project Schedular
Go to View Modes (rigt hand corner) > Click on the last button 'Customize and share project schedule'.
A new table will open with exporting properties:
Scope
Outline
Display Options
Fullscreen Options
The click on the 'gear' and say Export to PDF/Excel.
Go to > Project > Choose Project (published version) > Project Dashboard > Project Resources.
The pages displayed will now show - Project Contributors, Project by Organization, effort Breakdown etc.
Use the 'gear' to export to PDF/Excel
Go to > Project > Choose Project (published version) > Project Dashboard > Project Finances.
The pages displayed will now show - Total Costs, Costs by Organization etc
Use the 'gear' to export to PDF/Excel
Go to > Project > Choose Project (published version) > Project Tracking
Go to Timesheet Aproval or Task Progress.
On 'Timesheet Approval' in the right-hand corner there are two options 'View Modes' - Overview or Details.
Details has filter options:
Show Applied Timesheets or;
Show Parents
Use the gear to export.
- Select a project
- Go to Project Work Items
- Go to Task Documents
- Select New (+)
- Select a Task from the list to which you want to link the document to
- Select Choose File & Search for the document which you would like to attach
- Select Upload
